Dr. Schär Institute Medical Committee

The Dr. Schär Institute's international scientific committee brings together a network of experts in medicine and nutrition who are intensively engaged in the study of gluten- and grain-related disorders (GRDs).

Network of experts in gluten-related disorders

Our scientific committee brings expertise in celiac disease, wheat allergy, non-celiac gluten/wheat sensitivity, and irritable bowel syndrome. The Dr. Schär Institute connects global specialists in gastroenterology, pediatrics, primary care, and nutrition science. This team supports scientific articles, conferences, and the development of innovative, high-quality products that provide gluten-free nutrition. The overall objectives of the Medical Committee are to share the latest interdisciplinary knowledge on gluten- and grain-related disorders (GRDs) and raise awareness to improve early diagnosis and effective treatment.
